With 5,548sqm and included in the General Catalogue of Protected Buildings, the property has been the subject of a comprehensive renovation without losing its historical essence by the RCCyP Arquitectura studio and the renowned interior designer Andreu Carulla, one of the great design references in our country.. During this process, original architectural elements have been preserved and restored, such as the woodwork, stairs and roof, in collaboration with the  Dirección General de Patrimonio del Estado.
